Not feeling “so money” lately? Not getting as many looks as you used to? Not getting any…at all? Sounds like it may be time for a sex makeover. Getting sexier will not only help boost your confidence, it might also put a dent in your wallet from buying all those condoms and KY jelly (a good thing!).

Work Out
When you work out, you’re not only molding your body into great shape, you’re getting those endorphins going in your brain to make you feel good mentally. You’re also likely to feel better about yourself when wearing tank tops after regular workouts (instead of feeling self-conscious that your arms are too puny). And there’s nothing better than when people take notice of your awesome new physique!


Eat Well
Unfortunately, men and women cannot look sexy from a regular diet of Twinkies, Cheetos, and chocolate (but they’re all okay once in a while). Eat well most of the time, and it will show! Also don’t forget to drink plenty of water: at least eight glasses a day.


Get Plenty of Rest
It’s hard to look sexy when you don’t look like you’re getting enough sleep (just ask Madonna). Get eight hours of sleep a night to look more youthful and feel energized. Studies have also shown that a lack of sleep can lead to obesity!


New Hair/Wardrobe
Time to hit the salon and mall! A new hairstyle can do wonders for your sex life…okay, with the exception of Britney Spears.  Wearing a new outfit could help label you as a sexy beast (another variable is how little clothing you start to wear!). New clothing can also boost confidence – remember the last time someone mentioned how well put together you looked, and how great that made you feel? If you can afford it, hire a consultant to help pick out new threads. Wearing the wrong ones could cause serious damage to love life.


Be Confident
When you exude confidence in yourself, it shows. So when you’re out and about, have good posture and walk with your head up high. Give people direct eye contact and speak with confidence. The more confident you come across, the more confidence you’ll feel. …Work it! Work it!


Focus On Successes
As you morph yourself from plain to hot (or sexy to sexier), remind yourself of your accomplishments if you start to feel discouraged, and remember that it could take some time to see desired results. The fact that you’re making strides to improve is an accomplishment in itself, and you should be very proud!


Justin Timberlake may have brought “Sexy Back,” but it’s up to you to maintain your own sexiness. Follow these guidelines, and you soon may find yourself singing, “I’m too sexy for my shirt, too sexy for my shirt.”
