Stay The Hell Away From These Cliches

Stay The Hell Away From These Cliches

People on dating sites like SexSearch typically weed through dozens of profiles at a time. The last thing they want to do is read the same things over and over again like “I love to laugh” (everybody does) and “I’m just as comfortable in jeans as I am in a cocktail dress” (who cares?). Here are some more bad profile clichés to stay the hell away from.

I’m an east coast/west coast transplant & have an east coast/west coast mentality.

I’m smart, funny, and intelligent.

I’m a jeans and t-shirt kind of guy/girl.

I’ll try anything once.

Must love dogs.

I like men/women who are confident, but not arrogant.

Players/flakes/negative people need not apply.

I’ve never done this before…I have no problems meeting people.

I’m simple yet complex.

I’m comfortable in my own skin.

I’m aware of my surroundings and the world that I live in.

I’m looking for someone who challenges me mentally and physically.

I can’t believe I’m doing this!

I have no problems meeting people. I just haven’t met the right person yet.

If you have any other questions, just ask!

If you just gotta use any of these clichés, at least punch it up a bit. If you say you’re funny, prove it by writing something funny. If you say you’ll try anything once, give an example or two. Best to you with creating the most kick ass profile!
